At the core of Superordinary is our Artist-in-Residence Program.
With a focus on collaboration and experimentation, we welcome artists who are excited to work alongside each other to form a multidisciplinary hub of creative production that supports each other and contributes to the local arts community.
We provide artist residencies for creatives across all mediums.
Superordinary aims to support artists with affordable rates and also supports a First Nations Artist Residency Program that provides free studio spaces to a number of artists who identify as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.

About the Studios
Nestled within the heart of Brisbane’s most vibrant arts and culture hub, Superordinary’s Artist Studios are designed with the creative spirit in mind. Offering a variety of flexible, affordable studio spaces starting at just $42 + GST per week, these are not merely places to work but communities to thrive in.

Most events at Superordinary are open to residents free of charge. Immerse yourself in experiences right at your doorstep.

Drive in and get creative without parking woes. Our facility offers more than 300 free parking spaces for your convenience.
