Work-In-Progress Session 3: Exploring Generative Narratives with DeepBlue
DeepBlue have been busy collaborating with curious creatives and technologists and we are excited show you what we’ve been working on in a three-part work-in-progress performance series.
We will be testing new performance and music technologies as we explore the potential of AI to augment human creativity and artistic expression. These showings will allow you to experience the development of new works in an interactive context, while being able to provide feedback on the music, technology and concepts to help us to shape this exciting new show!

A small DeepBlue crew will be working with DeepBlue composers to develop and test new works. This session we will be testing AI host interaction with live performers and audience feedback on music, themes and engagement through the ESP (Electronic Show Programme) we want to know your feedback and responses to questions relating to ethical and theoretical thoughts on AI vs human creativity.
We loved hearing from you at Session 1 and Session 2, we can’t wait to see you at Session 3 on Sunday 30 March at 5:30pm
Session 1 explores generative visuals and the body as a gestural controller and human theremin
Session 2 explores interactive generative music with real time performers in a live performance setting.
Session 3 explores interactive generative narratives with real time AI and audience interaction
Thanks to Brisbane’s Creative Sparks Grant that helped fund this exciting creative development work.
