Superordinary is a multi-arts space based at the Northshore precinct on the north side of Brisbane. We provide space for artists to create work, show work and collaborate by reclaiming and repurposing urban spaces.

Superordinary is located at 175 MacArthur Avenue, Hamilton, QLD 4007.

Superordinary offers plenty of free parking on site, located on 175 MacArthur Avenue, make a U-turn at Theodore St to enter the parking bay. There are also numerous secure and street parking options around the site. Dock B Car Park is the closest free car park that has direct pedestrian access to Superordinary with only a short walk.

Catch the Ferry to Northshore Hamilton at the eastern end, located near the Northshore Riverside Park, and walk 8 minutes, 980 metres to Superordinary. The CityCat departs approximately every 15-20 minutes during peak times.

Superordinary is a 30-40 minute bus ride to and from the CBD. The majority of bus services also travel to and from South Bank and the Cultural Centre. Services run to and from Northshore along Kingsford Smith Drive, regularly stopping at Brett’s Wharf and Racecourse Road, Hamilton.

There also several buses available:

Service 302 – city to Northshore
Service 303 – Portside to Doomben Rail Station
Service 304 – Northshore to Racecourse Road
Service 305 – City commuter peak service

We are around a 25-minute walk away from two railway stations, Doomben and Ascot. The Doomben Line connects to other lines at Eagle Junction, which are a few stops away.

A riverside bike path can take you all the way from the CBD to Northshore Brisbane, around 30 minutes.

Extending from Brett’s Wharf to Portside, enjoy a riverfront walk past shops, cafes and bars before you reach Superordinary.
